HLG Represents Orogem In Copyright Infringement Suit Against De Beers / October 18, 2010

Huron law group is representing Orogem Corporation in its lawsuit against De Beers, certain distributors and retailers for alleged copyright infringement. Orogem, a fine jewelry company, is the copyright holder of the Lark’s Head pendant. Orogem contends that De Beers’ Everlon collection infringes its Lark’s Head pendant’s distinctive design. The suit is pending before the United States District Court in Los Angeles, California.
