In employment disputes, we immediately interview key witnesses and review the key documents to provide our clients with an early evaluation of the merits. The client can then decide whether to attempt to settle the case at the earliest possible stage before the other side has completely understood the case and before the client has incurred considerable litigation fees and costs. If the case cannot be settled or the client concludes it should be litigated, then we develop a strategy for disposing of as much of the case as we can by summary judgment. In those cases that are not resolved through settlement or summary judgment, we are successful trial lawyers.
